  • The Starter Plan is perfect for small agencies, web studios, marketing and product teams. It includes up to 10 projects and 5 users, with the option to add extra user seats as your company grows. It includes all basic functionality plus an online application that allows users to receive customer feedback, conduct end-user tasting, and collaborate on tasks between managers, customers, designers, and developers.
  • The Advanced Plan is built for larger teams and supports up to 100 projects and 20 users. It allows users to add extra user seats and “pay as you go.” This plan is perfect for larger teams requiring advanced web testing tools and collaboration software.
  • The Enterprise Plan is designed for large organizations that need an extra layer of security, custom support, custom build integrations, extensive website QA testing, and software development bug tracking capabilities.

No — guests and viewers are always free. Only users with active roles (Owner, Project Manager, Assignee, and Client) require a paid seat. You can invite as many clients and external stakeholders as you need to review and leave feedback at no extra cost.

Please note that Guest and Viewer roles are available on the Starter plan and above.

No worries — Webvizio is built to grow with your team. If you need to add more users beyond your plan’s included seats, you can do so at any time and will only be charged a small prorated fee for the days remaining in your billing period. You are always in control — add or remove seats whenever you need from your Account Settings.
